1. I MAY DENY AS I SEE FIT - i reserve the right to deny a client's commission whenever i see fit.2. CONTACT ME ON DISCORD - a client may reach out to me and request a commission via discord (my username: fenyrinn)3. BARE WITH ME - i don't draw digitally everyday so please have some patience.4. PAYMENT IS HALF N' HALF - payment is done via paying first at the start, and another half before showing the finished piece.5. I USE PAYPAL - payment method is via Paypal.6. A PIECE WILL BE LOWER PRIORITIZED IF CLIENT IS ABSENT - if ever a client is absent (~5 days) after i reach out to them about further details on a commission or are ready to show the fixed sketch, that piece will be put lower on the prioritization until further notice.7. DONT BE A DICK - if ever a client blocks/avoid, ran away with the unfinished piece without paying or contacting, act towards me in a distasteful and/or rude way, and especially putting my art (commissioned or not) through AI then they will be put on a blacklist WITHOUT HESITATION.8. I DO REFUNDS - refunds are available and will be paid in full if:
A. there's been barely to no progress from my side for awhile and/or barely no communication and/or enough time has passed ( ~ 4 days)
B. if i haven't reach the final stages of completing a piece (full color and above)9. NO FRIEND DISCOUNT - if any client who happens to be a friend or a close friend of mine and are asking for some type of discount just because they're "my friend/close friend" will result in a week of getting blacklisted (any further attempt on retrying will result in a permanent blacklist)10. CREDIT IF REPOSTING - if you ever going to repost a commissioned or even non-commissioned piece please credit me at the very least.11.FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY - i do not condone any of my art to be used (commissioned or not) for commercial purposes without my absolute consent and decision.12. LOGO FOR COMM. PIECE - whenever a piece is finished, instead of using my normal green logo i will instead be using this grey/silver version of my logo to indicate that said piece is a commissioned piece.
